The contract, terms of which were not disclosed, was finalized during
the third quarter and included in EDS' new contract totals for that

The agreement provides Unilever access to the eBreviate suite of
eSourcing products, which enable companies to reduce the time, costs
and inefficiencies of the strategic sourcing process. The agreement

the pilot, Unilever recognized the powerful synergies between the
technology and the complementary services provided by A.T. Kearney
Procurement Solutions, and is now implementing a comprehensive global
eSourcing program. Unilever joins a growing number of international
food and consumer product companies, including the consumer packaged
goods business-to-business marketplace Transora, which are using
eBreviate technologies to source goods

We are extremely pleased to have developed a relationship
with A.T. Kearney Procurement Solutions, which has a proven technology

eBreviate tools will provide an excellent platform to e-enable our
sourcing
processes and build sustainable world class capabilities in Supply
Management. We expect these offerings to support the continued improvement
of our efficient, innovative, modern sourcing process, which helps
ensure our customers receive the value they expect from Unilever.
We are very pleased that a leader in innovative strategic
sourcing like Unilever has selected our eSourcing suite as its platform
